CANCELLATION   POLICY

Please note our cancellation policy, where less than 24 hours notice is provided, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking with 24 hours notice or more. 

If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment with the exception of health crisis or emergency. All short term cancellations will be assessed case by case. All no show appointments or cancellations within 12 hours are required to pay the full amount.

All pre-purchased packages are non refundable. Booking deposits are non-refundable and have a 12 month expiry date. Please note booking deposits are not store credits and can only be used to reschedule an appointment within the 12 month time frame.
